I am a tax lawyer and a CPA with an LL.M. in taxation from NYU. I am admitted to the NY, NJ and CT bars.

I have a diverse tax background, having spent time at the accounting firm of Peat Marwick, Mitchell & Company (now KPMG Peat Marwick LLP); the law firms of Shearman & Sterling and Martin Shenkman P.C.; having been in-house tax counsel at Warner-Lambert Company (now Pfizer, Inc.); and engaged in my own practice, concentrating on income tax, estate & gift tax planning matters for individuals and businesses. I was also "Of Counsel" to the Bohonnon Law Firm, LLC whose offices are located in New Haven and Westport, CT and to Rubin, Bailin, Ortoli LLP (now Sanders, Ortoli, Vaughn-Flam, Rosenstadt, LLP) whose offices are located in NYC.

I also translate legal documents from French into English.

I am also an Administrative Law Judge in the Appeals Units of the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission and the Environmental Control Board, and manage the personal financial affairs of incapacitated individuals.
