I am a tax lawyer and a CPA with an LL.M. in taxation from NYU. While I am admitted to the NY, NJ and CT bars, I focus primarily on NY & CT income tax and estate tax matters. I am "Of Counsel" to the Bohonnon Law Firm (www.Bohonnon.com) which has offices in New Haven and Westport, Connecticut, and "Of Counsel" to Rubin, Bailin, Ortoli LLP, whose offices are located on Park Avenue in NYC.

I have a diverse tax background, having spent time at the accounting firm of Peat Marwick, Mitchell & Company (now KPMG Peat Marwick LLP); the law firms of Shearman & Sterling and Martin Shenkman P.C.; and having been in-house tax counsel at Warner-Lambert Company (now Pfizer, Inc.).

I can help you by preparing your estate plan (i.e., your power of attorney, living will/health care proxy, will and such other trusts you may need - e.g., insurance trust, trust to provide for your children, etc.). I can advise you on a variety of income tax and estate tax matters and help you plan for the present and the future. I am also available to mediate disputes (with the IRS or otherwise).
